If you're not sure how to work them, don't run away (though that would be good exercise too), just ask one of our on-site fitness gurus to show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals, be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout.

Don't fancy the gym today! then how about a leisurely swim in our indoor heated pool. Try 25 lengths followed by a delicious cappuccino whilst catching up with friends.
