In our super duper exercise studio, you can join in with a wide choice of classes from high adrenaline to gentle toning and relaxation, with friendly and highly trained instructors guiding you through the moves and boosting your energy and motivation.
Don't fancy the gym today! then how about a leisurely swim in our indoor heated pool. Try 25 lengths followed by a delicious cappuccino whilst catching up with friends.
