If you're not sure how to work them, don't run away (though that would be good exercise too); just ask one of our on-site fitness gurus to show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout.
The machines are by Technogym and they're futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff.
In our super duper dance studio, you can join in with a wide choice of classes from high adrenaline body pump to gentle toning and relaxation, with friendly and highly trained instructors guiding you through the moves and boosting your energy and motivation.
