We are running a number of member gym challenges throughout 2010. As well as improving your fitness we guarantee they'll be Fun (with a capital F!).

Challenge 4 - April & May. Members Marathon  
Run your heart out, your socks off and burn over 6,000 calories, with QHotels Members Marathon. Don’t worry we don’t expect a Paula Radcliffe time, you have two months to complete the challenge. This challenge has been created to suit all ages and abilities.
Challenge 5 - June - Can you go the distance?
Test your inner strength, simply choose four different exercises and stick with them. Over the duration of the challenge, the aim is to complete 30 miles in the pool and the gym. See outstanding improvements.
