I've never considered changing Health Clubs as I am one of the longest serving members because the standards at the club have always been to the highest level. Staff are always very friendly and helpful, it goes without saying the award of best Health Club in the West. Midlands is no more than they deserved...well done to all concerned. |
I really have enjoyed the gym at Crewe Hall, it has allowed me to work on my fitness and reach my goals, the use of the power plates and tennis courts is another bonus and have found the staff very involved with inductions, reviews and improving my own personal fitness. |

| I have been coming to Forest Pines for over a year now. I have tried in the past to find suitable gym and swimming facilities. I believe that the team and facilities here at Forest Pines Health Club are without doubt the most equipped, well organised and well trained staff I've had the pleasure to use and meet. |
People are quick to complain so I wanted to ensure you guys recognise what a fab job your receptionists do. All you want is to be greeted with cheery professional individuals and they are all of this and more! A real credit to your leisure club. |

I love the approach and the setting of the facilities. The staff are always so happy to see you and are always welcoming. After being introduced to my Personal Trainer, I made greater strides than I have ever done and the equipment is top notch. |

| Hi, my name is John I have been using the gym for the last 6 years and the team always keep me motivated my workouts are varied and the atmosphere is always great, I regularly use the club 5 times per week and I absolutely love it - the coffee afterwards is fantastic. |
My name is Anne Shaw, I am 68 years old and regularly use the sporting facilities at QHotel Telford. The pool is at an agreeable temperature. In the gym and studio there are regular lessons taking place on a daily basis, including circuits, aerobics, palates. the staff are extremely friendly helpful and polite which all in all generates a feel good factor. |
The club has excellent facilities and as well as going that extra mile to ensure there is always a friendly environment. The staff give top priority to improving the health and well being of members and guests by sharing their knowledge and expertise. |
