The Free Pass is subject to availability and may not be available at peak times.

This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Facilities will vary from club to club.

The voucher entitles two people to a one day gym pass at the selected club. To activate your One Day Gym pass simply present the voucher at the club of your choice or telephone the Club and arrange your visit. Full Club contact details are available at www.leisureandspaatQHotels.co.uk.

The Gym pass entitles the holder to use the facilities in their chosen club free of charge, with the exception of some chargeable activities - please call in advance of your visit if in doubt.

Availability cannot be guaranteed - booking in advance may remove risk of non entry.

Only one Free day pass offer can be redeemed per person in any 12 month period.

The voucher must be used within 3 weeks of download.

This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer.

Club reserves the right to refuse admission. If for any reason the voucher holders are refused permission no explanation is necessary and QHotels, cannot be held responsible.

It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that they have taken adequate medical precautions before using facilities.

Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
